Invite the felt sense of grounding and support you get from a place you love

I envisage an exercise where people would invite the felt sense of grounding and support they get from a place they love; imagine being there and invite the felt sense to come even when we’re at home. Then, a second part of the exercise would be to keep that felt sense in the background and scan our current surroundings which we can access (balcony, garden, small park nearby if we’re allowed to go out, even a particular view from a window) that most closely feel akin to the grounding feeling. That will help us find sanctuary at home or close to home.
