Writing as a healing group process

I’d like to share some writing exercises that:

  • *Create opportunities for inner experiencing and personal healing
  • *Strengthen group bonds through shared experiences¬†
  • *Encourage personal creativity
  • *Are accessible to people at all skill levels
  • *Are fun

And as we go forward, I hope participants will bring  their own ideas for writing exercises to share with the group.
