We each have stories of where we came from...

We each have stories of where we came from. We may have stories of being taken away or of moving away from our ancestral roots. We carry in our bodies both the trauma and the wisdom of our ancestors.
In this time together, we will remember the part of ourselves that is our ancestors.Together, we will access their presence and wisdom held in our Bodies.
In preparation for this workshop, you may want to reflect on your roots:
What do you remember of your ancestors? Do you carry objects that help you stay connected to them? What ways have you adopted, or rejected from your family, culture or race? What sustains you in times of our collective suffering and evolution? What are you curious about regarding your ancestry or assimilation? What can you invite into your consciousness to move you and the human family forward?
