I am a white woman from the United States. I go by she/her. I live in Portland, Oregon on the land of the Original People that lived along what is now called the Columbia river. Embodied social justice is my passion and my heart’s work that I love to explore and share with others. I discovered my favorite embodied practice called Focusing over 5 years ago and have been practicing it ever since for self-care and self-growth. I have an M.A. in Sociology and an Master’s in social work. I am also a certified hypnotist and a certified spiritual director. I work full-time in technical services at a local public library.
