Sensing into Uncertainty
Carolyne Dobson
“Our experience globally is often uncertainty. Whether it’s food shortages, extreme weather, financial instability or relational uncertainty. The questions our minds ask often lead us into finding a sense of control; or an anxious doing, or even attempts to fix “it” without fully knowing what “it” is.
In this time together, we will explore how being in grounded presence gives us a calming stability. With Wholebody Focusing our connection and process can shift our sense of the whole of “that” into deeper knowing of how we need to be with and in the world with renewed energy, and a sense of our own unique next step(s) forward.
Looking forward to connecting into our collective space,
Carolyne”
