Writing as a healing group process

I’d like to share some writing exercises that:


*Create opportunities for inner experiencing and personal healing

*Strengthen group bonds through shared experiences 

*Encourage personal creativity

*Are accessible to people at all skill levels

*Are fun


And as we go forward, I hope participants will bring  their own ideas for writing exercises to share with the group.
