Connect with the worldwide WBF Community!

Duration: 90 minutes

Each of us finds our own way in Wholebody Focusing. And when we come together in
community we co-create a field where each of us can be Safely Present. A few months ago,
when Kevin and Rafa invited us to “play tennis”, we found ourSelves on a “field” the size of a tennis court—where its specifically boundaried space allowed many to experience a new
Safety and new Grounding Presence.
As Jocelyn shared with us, sometimes in Wholebody Focusing we are Silent together, and Addie invited us to allow the Silence to fill the space between our hearts and be as much part of our conversation as our words are. Then, when our words are ready to emerge, they come from a different state of Be-ing that can feel like a Soul Conversation. The atmosphere, the realm holding the All of That, allows whatever is ready to emerge to come about in its own right time and own right way. Bodily-knowing, Heart-knowing, Soul-knowing.
Shall we re-Connect and re-Collect together? Shall we Allow and “Do Nothing” together?
Whether you are new to our community or not, let us be Grounding together, allowing Silence or Speaking to find their own way.
