“In this Wholebody Focusing gathering, I will present A WBF Grounding under the TITLE: Background Feeling and The Vast Space. I would like to invite our well-grounded body to experience some of what Gendlin call the ‘vast space’ (in his book Focusing, ch.7.) in interaction with what he called “a Background Feeling that is always there”. In connecting with it and clearing it, we could “come to an opening out, a sense of a vast space”. So, we could explore a few avenues which could help us to access this Vast Space and feel how our body expresses itself. We could notice a few inner movements and even draw it if we want.”
