The attunement I will give is a form of “Open Process” Focusing, a modality of Focusing that I first presented at the Montreal International with the theme of “Dualities.” Hence I presented a workshop called “Dualities Focusing,” first using different music and next contradictory concepts. My development of these modalities of Focusing is captures in a piece in the recently published Senses of Focusing (Eurasia Books).

For the presentation I will invite participants first to find a sense of their rootedness in their selves, in nature, and in their here/now, second to open into the space of interaction and a freeing into their life in all of this.
