Songs can be like old or new friends that we can visit or who can call us up seemingly out of the blue. Spending time with them in a Focusing way can help us to find and carry forward inner and outer steps of : acceptance, hope, courage, resilience, defiance, wisdom, healing, perspective, perseverance, calming, connection, human empathy, and more… These are capacities that we can use as we travel through these challenging times.
This webinar will give us an opportunity to felt sense into the our song – friend’s felt meaning to us and what it might have to offer to us now. Please come with a song that matters to you. Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to sing. We will have chance to explore, companion, and share what comes up.
