During this pandemic time, it is easy to dwell on our worries and concerns for ourselves, our loved ones and our world. However, there is convincing research from Positive Psychology that by also placing attention on positive experiences and positive feelings (such as gratitude and enjoyment), we can achieve a more balanced state and become more psychologically resilient.

In this workshop, we will reflect on and Focus on a few pathways that can enhance our well-being, and help us to accept that which we can’t change.
