A weekly gathering to empower, hearten and encourage therapists, counselors, teachers and helpers of all kinds

When days are long and stressful, when emotional pain is stirred, or even when life gets hectic and there are too many external demands to attend to, it’s easy to feel lost and disconnected from yourself.
Many years ago, I developed a quick, simple and gentle way to return to my emotional center. I found that it took as little as five minutes, and that I could teach it to my clients, even those who did not know Focusing, and it would give them a small experience of Focusing Presence, and help them be more emotionally congruent and connected to themselves. I called it the ABCs of the Inner Voice: Acknowledging, Being With and Compassion.
Bring with you whatever is inside you that needs acknowledging, that would benefit from your company, and that needs some compassion, and learn a process as simple as ABC that you can easily share with your clients — and can help you move through your day in a kinder and more emotionally connected way with yourself.
