In this webinar Bruce will guide us through some exercises that serve to offer us the sense of the synergy between Felt-Sensing and Meditation (here meaning a concentration practice). We will start with some basic exercises to follow our attention and its natural sense of flow and change. From there, we will work on bringing our attention to our Felt-Sense as the object of our short meditation periods. Between each exercise we will talk about what works and doesn’t work for participants. The overlap of experiences is often high so people talking about their experience has a energizing effect.
