This is not a workshop (as there is only minimal instruction) but an experiential exploration through a blend of meditation and Focusing

We are intending to create a space within which we can all move towards our capacity to be open, curious, and compassionate towards ourselves. A friendly container where we can share our process and feel inspired by each other.
This is an experiential exploration through a blend of meditation and Focusing, not a workshop or teaching. A meditative pause allows us to get a sense of who we really are at a deep level, without the pitfalls of self-criticism or self-pity.
This 90-minute online gathering is for people who have some experience of meditation and Focusing. In fact, the inspiration for this gathering is derived from a joint exploration of Focusing and meditation by Bruce Gibbs, Bruce Nayowith, and Serge Prengel.
Bruce Gibbs has taught Focusing for decades. He is a long-time meditator and has spent many years learning to combine Focusing and meditation in a unique way. (FirstStepOutOfDarkness.wordpress.com).
Serge Prengel is a therapist in New York City. He is the editor of the Active Pause & Mindfulness blog & podcast (http://activepause.com).
