Suzanne has been focusing for over 14 years. She began in Nova Scotia, Canada, learning both Inner Relationship Focusing and Wholebody Focusing (WBF) from Karen Whalen, and has since trained with Addie Van Der Kooy in WBF for nearly four years. She has great enthusiasm and love for focusing as it has given her so many gifts, the biggest one being bringing her home to herself.
