Focusing, Mindfulness Meditation and Relational Psychotherapy are the foundations for Ruth’s work as a psychotherapist and teacher. The gifts that each of these practices bring have enabled her to work with students and clients to reduce suffering, expand capacities to bear and engage more fully in their lives with greater love, strength, confidence and compassion, and open to further connection with Source or, as Gendlin says, The More. A graduate of and a faculty member in Lynn Preston’s Focusing Oriented Relational Psychotherapy program, Ruth teaches classes on Focusing and Spirituality and Psychotherapy as a Spiritual Path for the Psychotherapist. Additionally, She has presented on these subjects at International Focusing conferences.
