Rosa Zubizarreta has been helping leaders and groups work creatively with divergent perspectives for the last twenty years. She leads workshops internationally in Dynamic Facilitation, an empathy-based approach to collaborative sense-making. Rosa’s professional background includes organization development, clinical social work and multicultural education. Certified in Focusing, she has also studied Internal Family Systems, Deep Democracy, and Constellations work.

Having earned several masters’ degrees, Rosa is currently working on a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University.
