I am a Focusing Oriented Therapist living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I spent my childhood in North Africa and grew up with a love of learning and meeting others. My nature is also contemplative and I enjoy engaging the world in a whole-bodied way (being outdoors, dancing, listening, writing, visiting!). I bring my former work as an Occupational Therapist (observing and engaging the whole through meaningful activity) and my somatic psychotherapy training with Bill Bowen(crossing the ‘mind-body’ interface). I love working with others in ways that increase our perceptual awareness, and I’m currently passionate about facilitating deeply satisfying conversations.
