She is a Certified Focusing Professional, Mindful Awareness and Co-Regulating Touch Practitioner and Bodyworker, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As an educator and wellness provider, she has over 20 years of experience guiding individuals, groups, and communities along pathways to well-being.
Charlotte’s intuitive ability to reflect the needs of others, combined with her lived experiences, encourages people to move forward in their journey with clarity and compassion. Charlotte’s expertise includes developing and delivering curricula focused on community wellness, psychosocial support, and psychological first aid.
