    The emphasis will be on exploring how Mindfulness and Focusing together can strengthen our capacity to listen to ourselves and to each other.
    This course is for anyone interested in deepening their listening skills with or without previous Mindfulness or Focusing experience.

    This is an introduction to the April Mindfulness series:  four sessions offered on Tuesdays April 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 9am ET, or on Thursdays April 8, 15, 22 and 29 at 2pm.
