Living shelter: exploring the felt sense of the spaces we inhabit
June 14, 2025 3:00 pmAvailable
Duration: 90 minutes
Host/Presenter: Ana Simeon
Have you ever stood, enchanted, in a splash of winter sunlight in the middle of a room? Felt enclosed and embraced in a bay window? Or winced at a room that was all bright whiteness and sharp angles?
A home is a physical structure that we bodily inhabit. It is made of solid matter, space and light, as well as fire and water. The shape of our space, the texture and details, the way energy flows through the rooms, all have the potential to nourish and support us, and even to recall us to Grounded Presence, if we remember to notice them.
In this session we will explore the felt sense of home and how it may resonate with and amplify your sense of aliveness.
