The first gathering of the New Year!
January 11, 2025 4:00 pmAvailable
Duration: 90 minutes
Host/Presenter: Laura Dickinson , Lynn Rosen
As this is the first gathering of the New Year we plan to start again at the beginning to explore the simple power of Wholebody Focusing’s Heartfelt Connecting. We intend to listen to one another from our wholeness: inviting and allowing the body/ourself to recognize the More that is available. We note from time to time, results often eliciting a sense of the miraculous nature of our spiritual lives in these gatherings. This way is not owned by Wholebody Focusing. Still this modality offers support and direction for the practice. The best we can do is offer invitations as we find them; as they arise and are welcome in the moment.
Here is another way to say this that feels to us like the author is describing the listening that our Wholebody Focusing founder Kevin Mcevenue lives and that we hope to share.
Quaker philosopher Douglas Steere on listening:
“…the fathomless depth of the listener who can go beyond words, who can even go beyond the conscious meanings behind words and who can listen with the third ear for what is unconsciously being meant by the speaker, this fashion of attentive listening furnishes a climate where the most unexpected disclosures occur that are in the way of being miracles in one sense, and the most natural and obvious things in the world, on the other.”
Please join us in this new season of miracles.
