This is a free, one-hour introduction to Anna Willman’s six session series.
You carry every moment you have ever lived deep in the cells of your body. Your mind may have forgotten an experience, but your body holds it and carries it forward.
You can draw on your body’s wisdom to deepen and enrich your writing whether you are writing for pleasure or for work, journaling for your personal growth or putting together a report, writing fiction or nonfiction, poetry or prose.
Come prepared to do some writing. Sharing is optional. You can come with a specific writing project in mind if you like, or simply be open to writing whatever may come to you freshly in the moment.
