A visual way to parse the threads of our inner experience
August 19, 2023 3:02 pmAvailable
Duration: 90 minutes
Host/Presenter: Dana Hercbergs
This webinar offers a visual way to parse the threads of our inner experience that get tangled in fraught relational situations. Based on the NVC practice of identifying our feelings and needs—we will tease out the finer threads that make up our own unique tapestries. Perceptions, fears, hopes, beliefs, values, and needs may be some threads to gently untangle. The intention of this practice is for us to feel held in the care of our own and others’ witnessing – and a way to clear space around the Heart Channel for the flow of vulnerability, gratitude and appreciation. There will be space for reflection and sharing how this practice works for you.
Please bring blank paper, writing implements, and colors that you like to work with. And please show up 2 minutes early so we can start on time.
All are welcome to attend. Some experience with Focusing will be helpful but not required.
We welcome donations to support our work. Suggested donation for this program is US $20. Thank you
